So How Does This All Work?

Whether you're staying at a hotel, vacation rental, or private residence, the process is simple. See the basic steps below to learn how delivery and pickup work.

Choose and Reserve

Browse our selection, and select the baby gear you need.
Reserve online by providing delivery details and preferences.

Confirm and Pay

Receive a confirmation email with reservation details.
Review, make any necessary changes, and securely pay online.

Enjoy and Return

On the scheduled date, we deliver the baby gear to your location.
After your rental period, gather your items together – our team will handle the pickup.

Private Residence / Rental Property Yes! We can deliver and pick up your rental items directly from a private residence. Simply select “Private Residence” on the reservation form and enter the property address. Depending on your location, you’ll be able to choose from available delivery and pickup time windows. We can also coordinate delivery and pickup times directly with your host when needed. Staying in a gated community? Please be sure to include the gate code in the “Special Instructions” section of your order. You can also let the security guard know that Rocket Rentals USA is coming to make a delivery or pickup.
	Cruise Port Start your cruise vacation with one less thing to worry about. Rocket Rentals USA is a trusted mobility rental provider serving Port Canaveral, with convenient scooter delivery directly to the cruise terminal before you board. Your scooter will be ready when you arrive, allowing you to skip the hassle of bringing your own equipment and start enjoying your cruise right away. Every scooter is professionally cleaned, fully charged, and thoroughly inspected before every rental, so you can count on clean, reliable equipment throughout your trip.
Hotels Be aware! If you ask a hotel if they have cribs and they say yes, they are most likely talking about a pack n play or portable crib and not a full-size crib. Please be sure to let the hotel know you have a delivery coming. Items can be dropped off and picked from the hotel front desk or concierge, so you don’t necessarily have to be there. Some hotels do have restrictions which would be listed upon checkout, or we would notify you when confirming your order that we would need to meet you.
	Airports Depending on your destination, airport service can be arranged in several different ways. Items can be delivered to you directly at the same time you are picking up your rental vehicle or exiting the baggage claim area. Some locations also offer service to cell phone lots at the airport. All you need to do is provide your flight and car rental information on your reservation form along with an estimated time of arrival and departure.
